Matvei unhappy with Crabbers United style

Southern red boss critical after goalless draw

Matvei has criticised Crabbers United's style of play as the two played out a goalless draw in Saturday's late match.

On a heavy pitch following persistent rain, neither side could find a goal that would have sparked up a poor game.

"I didn't think they looked interested in playing football," said Matvei.

"It was a poor pitch and because of that we couldn't play our game properly."

When asked about the possibility of facing them in the League Cup final in a fortnight, Matvei was also critical of Alex's team.

"I hope we get to the final but not against them. It would be a poor game if they played the same way in the final."
